Return&Refund Policy

We at Rofuntime Store hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less return shipping and handling costs).

Important Notes:

Returns are only accepted for items that have not been opened or used.

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order (not the date of purchase).

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us at service@rofuntime.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for:

1. Damaged products received from the courier.

2. Wrong products sent to you.

Items Not Eligible for Returns:

Used items.

Items without their original packaging.

Items damaged after use.

Items past the 30-day return window.

Additional Information:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for non-defective items.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment. Please ensure proper packaging and take photos of the package before sending.

Cancellation Policy

If you request a cancellation before the item is shipped, a 10% payment processing fee will be charged on the total order value.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please:

1. Return the incorrect item (as per the return policy).

2. Place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you have concerns, please contact your bank for details.
