Will I receive order notifications?

Yes. You will receive email updates when:

• Your order is successfully placed
• Your item is shipped

If you don’t receive an email, please check that your email address was entered correctly, look in your spam folder, or contact us for help.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or changes. After the order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it. For more info, see our Return & Refund Policy.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

What’s included in your DIY craft kits?

Our DIY kits include everything you need:

• Detailed instruction manuals
• Pre-cut plywood parts
•  Craft paper
• Cutting tools
• LED lights

Note: Due to shipping regulations, glue and batteries are not included. If parts don’t fit smoothly, sanding the edges with fine-grit paper can help.

What type of glue should I use?

We recommend using white latex glue or alcohol-based glue for assembling your craft kit.

 

My LED light isn’t working. What should I do?

Try the following troubleshooting steps:

•  Make sure AAA batteries are inserted correctly and fully charged.
• Ensure the switch is in the ON position.
• Check the wires and LEDs for any damage.
• Make sure the motherboard is intact and properly connected.
• Confirm red wires are connected to positive, black wires to negative.
• Verify that wires of the same color are securely fastened.

Are these DIY kits beginner-friendly?

Absolutely! Rofuntime kits are perfect for beginners and hobbyists alike. Every kit includes step-by-step instructions and access to video tutorials, making it fun and easy to build, even for first-timers.

 

Are these DIY kits suitable for children?

Most of our DIY craft kits are recommended for children aged 10 and above. However, many parents have shared that kids as young as 6–8 years old also enjoy them—with a bit of guidance. We recommend building the kits together as a fun and creative parent-child activity. It’s a great way to spend quality time and inspire imagination!

 

What if I break a piece of my craft kit?

No worries! Contact us, and we’ll help arrange a replacement part. Please note it may take some time to prepare and ship custom components.

 

Can I throw away the packaging after opening?

Please keep the original packaging until assembly is complete. Important product and replacement info may be printed on the box, which is necessary for support.
